What is an E-Book?
An E-book is an
electronic book that is viewable on a computer or laptop. Its often
viewed in PDF (adobe) but can be viewed in other formats including
Word, exe or html. They are generally small files that don't take up
much space on your computer.
What is a Report?
A
report is very similar to an E-Book accept it is a shorter version. It
can be anything from five to twenty pages in length.
Why are there different types of copyright with E-Books?
To
allow you to offer different types of uses to a customer depending on
a customers requirement. They can include Personal Use Licence (PUL)
were it can not be passed around to others and is just for your eyes
only. Resale Rights (RR) are very common and allows you to sell it to
others and those that purchase it will have PUL. Master Resale Rights
(MRR) is very similar to Resale Rights accept you can sell MRR to
others. It can come in several formats whether you can offer it as a
bonus, freebie or have to sell it for a minimum price. There is also
Private Label Rights (PLR) which allow you to buy someone else's
product and then put your name to it which then makes you the author.
With all products sold
through us you will be given the licence with your order so that you
know exactly what you can do with it.
What happens to my details when I join one of your mailing lists?
Your details (name and
email address) are placed in our email autoresponder. They are then
only used when a communication is sent out i.e. weekly Ezine. When it
is in the autoresponder it is password protected and only the partners
of the business have access to it. It will never be passed on even if
we sell the business. If for any reason you unsubscribe your
details will be deleted immediately.
I don't have Adobe?
You can download adobe
free of charge from
adobe.com however in
general when you buy your computer you will find it has already been
installed for you.
How
do I download products from you?
You
will be sent to a download page and given instructions on how to
download it onto your computer. When you are sent to a direct PDF file
and not a ZIP you can save it by going to page and save as on your web
browser.
I've filled in one of your mailing list forms and haven't received my
gifts?
Firstly
you need to opt in before you receive access to our members area. You
can do this via an email that will be sent to you instantly and simply
click on the link and you will then be directed to our members area.
If you haven't received this please retrieve it from your spam folder
and add us to your none spam list. You will also have to enter the
username and password that you have had emailed to you.
